Rosie O’Donnell is among the guest hosts set to fill in for Jimmy Kimmel while he takes his annual summer break from his ABC late-night show. O’Donnell will host a week of episodes beginning August 17th.
“I will be taking the next two months off — this time voluntarily… As a special treat for our commander-in-chief, I asked one of his all-time favorites, Rosie O’Donnell, to be here to keep the hits coming,” Kimmel said. “So, you’re welcome. And all I ask in return, Mr. President, is that you don’t do anything stupid while I’m gone.”
Tiffany Haddish will kick off the slate of guest hosts beginning July 6th, with Anthony Anderson, Ike Barinholtz, Colman Domingo, and Jelly Roll also confirmed to take turns behind the desk over the course of the summer.
