Doors open at 6:30 pm. CASHLESS VENUE - The Sylvee services all credit and debit payments only. No cash accepted. Bags (max size 12" x 6" x 12") are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible. Tickets can be purchased online up to the event start time. Once the event has started, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the Sylvee box office.

Available on the day of the show. Customer must have actual credit card, picture ID and order number.

South Livingston Street Garage - across the street. 111 S Livingston St, Madison, WI 53703 $8-$10 event parking. There is also plenty of free street parking in the area surrounding The Sylvee. Some street parking has an unmetered 2 hour limit so pay attention to signs. The Sylvee is also about a 10 minute walk from the nearest parking ramps located around Capitol Square.

Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by filtering on the ADA Icon and selecting the Accessible Seats, or in person at The Sylvee Box Office during business hours.

Cell phone cameras are allowed. Professional cameras with a detachable lens are not allowed. Recording devices are not permitted. PROHIBITED ITEMS: Bags or purses over 12 x 6 x 12 inches are not allowed. Coolers, food, cans, pets, lawn furniture, bikes, skateboards, fireworks, weapons and umbrellas are prohibited.
