Deltamanic

Deltamanic are a 6-strong band from Alloa, Scotland. Formed in 2021 when frontman Dean Oliver brought a group of childhood friends together to create a powerful line-up of 3 guitars, 3 singers, bass, drums & keyboard, Deltamanic’s sound is rooted in the 70’s & 80’s Funk, Soul & Disco era, with some rock influences in there for good measure to give a modern take on a classic sound.

Deltamanic have built a solid reputation as an energetic live band, backed by a strong local following helping them to sell out several local shows including the bands live debut headlining at the Royal Oak in Alloa in 2022 & pack out many more further afield such as headline performances at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut, McChuills & Room 2 in Glasgow as well as a performance at Glasgow’s George Square as part of Winterfest 2023. The band have appeared at numerous festivals including a debut festival appearance at Belladrum Tartan Heart festival 2024, Party at the Palace 2025 & the band's biggest show to date at Heartland Festival 2025 in front of an audience of roughly 6,000.

After self-releasing & self-producing several singles the band signed with Liverpool based Lucidia Records in early 2026. The latest single “Midas Touch” was released in June 2026 to widespread acclaim and saw the band's popularity reach new levels both in the UK and overseas. The band has been featured by Central FM’s Liv Cowle, Amazing Radio DJ’s Jim Gellatly in the UK & Linton Smith in the US among many other well respected independent radio stations & playlists.
