Access Information: Each access ticket allows you and your carer/PA to enter the venue. Please note there will not be a separate ticket sent for the carer/PA, you must arrive at the same time. Seating/Wheelchair spaces are reserved solely for Access customers, the carer/PA will have to stand beside yourself. Due to the size of the access area, only the carer/PA will be allowed to join you, the venue will not accommodate further guests. The Access area is step free and has a private accessible toilet. Access tickets can only be purchased via Ticketmaster.
Over 14s only. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18. A max of 4 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 4 will be cancelled.

Tickets held for collection can be collected from the venue on the evening of the event. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.

There are single yellow lines located around KOKO on Crowdale Road and Bayham Street. Disabled Badge holders can park here. There is ramp access into the venue via the doors on the left-hand side as you look at the building. The ramps are removable and put in place immediately by security when eeded. Disabled people are offered priority entry. The disabled area is located underneath the Royal Box on the Balcony level. Once inside there are no steps and there is easy access to the disabled area. There are great site lines to the stage. The accessible toilet is located next to the disabled area. An induction loop is fitted. Blind customers are more than welcome to use the disabled area if they would like to. Deaf or hard of hearing customers are more than welcome to stand at the front of the gig and security are aware of this. Please contact the venue for more information.
