Tickets held at the Will Call window can be picked up 60 minutes prior to curtain time. Guests must present actual credit card, order number, and photo ID.
Valet parking is available for ticketed events for a fee of $20. Cash, credit, or Fox Cities P.A.C. gift cards are accepted. This service is available on the Division Street side of the Center beginning one hour prior to all public ticketed performances held in Thrivent Hall and Kimberly-Clark Theater. Ample parking is available in the City of Appleton's downtown parking structures, the closest of these being the Green ramp. The City of Appleton may implement cash only event parking for highly-attended performances.
Accessible seating is available on each seating level. Tickets for these areas can be purchased online or through the ticket office. Assisted listening devices are available. A photo ID must be presented at the time of use. American Sign Language interpretation is available on request. In order to provide qualified and appropriately prepared signers, the Center requires signing requests be submitted at least two weeks prior to performance date.
During the performance, talking, coughing, rustling of paper and noise from digital watches and other devices disturb performers and your fellow audience members. To ensure guests and performers enjoy shows free of distractions, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center reserves the right to ask any individual to leave if his or her behavior is deemed by the Center as disruptive. Because the use of cell phones is distracting to others, please leave the phone number for the Centers information desk, (920) 730-3710, with babysitters and others who may need to reach you in an emergency. Upon arrival, the Center asks that you alert the information desk attendant with your names and seat locations. An usher will discreetly notify you in the event of an emergency. Please note, the information desk phone is staffed during public performances only. The Centers standard photo policy prohibits the use of cameras or recording devices in the theater. The Center would like to encourage families to enjoy performances together; however, in consideration of other ticket holders, unless specified, most performances are not suitable for infants and toddlers, and all persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
