Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Public parking is available on the West side of Bay Street, across from the Box Office or in Jackson Square Mall underground lot. Please note that there is no special accessible parking provided.

Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the last row of sections 109, 110, 112, 113 & 114. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible.

No outside food or beverages permitted in the building. No smoking in the building. No video cameras.

Children under the age of 2 years old are admitted free of charge as long as they are sitting on a guardian's lap, unless otherwise stated. Children's "Booster" seats are NOT available. All persons enterting a Core Entertainment venue must be 14 years of age or older or otherwise accompanied by a companion 16 years of age or older.
