All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges. All tickets are held at will call, and must be claimed at the box office before entering the Ojai Playhouse. Ojai Playhouse box office is located at 107 S. Signal Street (directly behind the Ojai Playhouse and across from the Post Office and Libbey Park). The box office opens 60 minutes prior to showtime.
