Performed across six shows, this ambitious production features a live band, revolving stage, newly designed set and dynamic choreography. Anaïs Mitchell's Tony Award-winning musical arrives in Adelaide through a raw, industrial theatrical world infused with the energy of folk, jazz and underground music culture. Blending mythic storytelling with raw theatrical energy, Hadestown follows the stories of Orpheus and Eurydice, and Hades and Persephone, through a world shaped by underground industry, movement and music. With powerhouse lead performances, a dynamic ensemble and a bold contemporary aesthetic, this promises to be one of Adelaide's standout school music theatre events of 2026. .

There is plenty of street parking surrounding Thebby, with entrances off of Henley Beach Rd and South Rd. It’s first in best parked, so we recommend making a night of your date with Thebby and get to the venue early to enjoy drinks and some Schnacks!
