Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Adults wishing to bring a child ages 3 and under to a Buffalo Sabres or Buffalo Bandits must stop in the Account Services Office located next to the ticket windows in the KeyBank Center pavilion on their way into the game to have the child wrist banded. All children 2 years of age and over need a ticket to all other events (concerts, family shows, etc). Wrist Band will not be for a seat, but allows the child to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
