The Box Office is being handled through Shea’s Performing Arts Center, located at 646 Main Street. (716) 847-0850

Customer can pick up tickets within the hour prior to the show in the Main Street entrance. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order,and a photo i.d. Customer can call (716) 847-0850 for special handling.

There are various parking lots behind the theatre on Pearl Street. Also, there is metered parking behind the theatre and on Main street north of the theatre.

- Companion seats available next to accessible spaces
- Elevator access to all levels
- Assistive listening devices available upon request

- No outside food or beverages
- Photography/recording prohibited during performances
- Late seating during performance intervals
- Cell phones must be silenced
- Business casual attire recommended

Any child that has reached their first birthday needs a ticket. We do encourage those wishing to bring a minor to the theatre research the shows content prior to purchasing the ticket.
