Tickets can be picked up beginning at doors open at the main entrance, bring identification, charge card and confirmation number.

Parking is available all around the building.

Shelter guests who need special seating arrangements should purchase a general admission ticket, customers will be assisted at the door. There are no accessible restrooms.

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

All patrons need a ticket. Many shows will be restricted to 18 and over or 21 and over. Please check information on each show.
