Children's Policy: This is a Licensed All Ages event. Babes in arms 24 months & under, are admitted free. Everyone else requires a paid ticket. Patrons under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Prohibited/Permitted Items: No camping chairs permitted. Picnic rugs permitted in designated space at the rear of the venue. Wet Weather Policy: If it does rain, the show will go ahead unless conditions are deemed to be dangerous. If an event does not go ahead due to this reason, patrons will receive a full refund from point of purchase. If the forecast is for even the possibility of rain, bring good quality raincoats and suitable footwear. Umbrellas are not permitted. In the event of inclement weather, patrons should check the LATG website BEFORE departing for the show.
Approximate Running Times: Gates: 5:00pm No chairs permitted. This show ticketed as fully standing general admission with a small, dedicated area for compact picnic blankets. You are welcome to bring a small picnic blanket for personal use in this area, but please enact best gig etiquette, obey directions and be mindful of others. You cannot use this to claim a spot and leave it unattended and you may be asked at any time by working personnel to pack blankets away and please make sure you take your blanket home with you after the event. The position of the Box Office depends on each individual show, as several shows may be running in the Gardens at the one time.
Venue collections Live At The Gardens Events: Venue collection available at box office 1 hour prior to gates opening
2, 3 and 4 hour meter parking is available in the streets surrounding the Gardens. Voucher machines operate in Birdwood Avenue, South Yarra.
There is some disabled access and facilities as part of the Royal Botanic Gardens site.
