The Will Call window is located at the front Box Office window. Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up early as 1 1/2 hours prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card, photo I.D., and the confirmation number.

Parking is located along Palafox, parking garage on Jefferson (one block over).

1.) No smoking is permitted in theatre. 2.) No outside food or beverages are permitted in the theatre.

There are no age restrictions. Children under 2 are admitted free without seat. Child age for discounts is 2-12.
