Tickets held for collection can be collected from the box office on the day of the event. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you. Our café is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 4pm, and in the evening on show days is open from 6pm and will serve drinks, and light snacks only
Nearest car park is Palace Charter (on Beechen Grove, the ring round around the town centre) is open until midnight, 7 days a week (please take care to park on the Palace Charter side of the car park, rather than the Palace Harlequin side, which closes much earlier). This is a multi storey carpark and charges apply.
The venue is accessible for wheelchair users. Access to all floors via lift. Accessible toilets on all floors. The venue's season brochure is available in large print and audio formats, if you would like to receive the brochure in an alternative format please contact the Box Office. Increased wheelchair spaces are available in the Stalls. An infra red sound amplification system operates in certain areas of the auditorium. Headsets are available for a £5.00 refundable deposit and can be collected from the Box Office prior to the performance. Your guide or hearing dog is welcome to stay with you. If you wish to take advantage of a wheelchair space, use the infra red system or bring your assistance dog please advise the Box Office when booking your tickets. Watford Palace Theatre can accommodate 5 wheelchairs on any performance.
