There is limited parking at the front of the venue and on the street.

Wheelchair paths into the theatre are available from the main hall. Two entrances offer access to wheelchair spaces on the extreme sides and centre isles near the front of the stage.

- Photography/recording prohibited during performances
- Late seating during intermission only
- Cellphones must be silenced
- No smoking on premises

- Children 3+ welcome with valid ticket
- Recommended age limits vary by performance
- Infants/children under 3 typically not permitted
- Parental discretion advised for mature content shows
